Fjallraven Kajka 75 features a carrying system frame made of birch. It replaces the aluminum used more commonly in backpack frames. Fjallraven claims that using birch compared to aluminum reduces CO2 pollution of the frame material more than 90 percent.
The Kajka 75 is made for heavy loads; the shoulder straps are not only height adjustable but also adjustable in width. In addition to this optimum adjustment to your back, the well-padded shoulder straps, back panel and hip belt contribute to the carrying comfort.
The main compartment can be divided in sections, and it’s hydration system ready. The bottom compartment has a second zippered outer cover made of mesh material; great for wet and dirty clothes.
The lid can be converted for lumbar pack or shoulder bag — or even attached on the front of the shoulder straps. The Kajka 75 comes with an integrated rain cover, and the hip belt has handy zippered pockets.
